It was only open for one month, and I was lucky to pop by and take a look!
Granby Park was a pop-up park on a vacant lot in the centre of Dublin. It was done up with recycled and donated materials, and featured art installations, a play place for kids, a café, and various types of exhibitions.
We wandered through the park, and I marvelled at the Angry Bird style knits and plants growing from funky shoes and boots. There were people milling everywhere, watching kids run around through the exhibits. It was a great vibe, and such a beautiful way to dress up an otherwise grim part of town.
